With decades of experience, Southern Paradise Construction is a leader in grading, marine, and water feature projects across Charleston, Columbia, North Charleston, Mount Pleasant, SC and all of South Carolina. Our team brings deep expertise in both dirt work and water work, having completed a wide range of complex projects, including the construction of one of the largest siphon line systems in the U.S. at Parr Pond, Savannah River Site.


We specialize in pond and lake construction, but our experience extends far beyond that. We’ve successfully handled extensive underground utility projects for major municipalities, including water and sewer lines, tunneling, bores, and aerial crossings. Our team is also skilled in preparing land for airstrips, roads, and bridges, ensuring safe, stable construction in all conditions.
